How do I fill out this work order?
Put down the combo number that you want, or an additional service, under "service". If you have a special request or instruction concerning the service, please put it under "description". And, of course, put the price that's listed here on this website on the work order under "price". We'll print this out, and bring it with us when we come to your home. That way we know what you want, and can get down to work!

Nope! But if we need to care for farm animals, there is a $20 a day additional charge.

No, we do not. Especially if you have pets, because they need daily care.
Will you keep me up-to-date on what's going on?
Absolutely! You will get a free daily e-mail with pictures, updates, and anecdotal stories about your pet.
My plans have changed, can I get a refund?
I'm sorry, but we do not issue out refunds, only credit for future services.
